TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are terms & conditions for the supply of any services by Studio Two Renders, effective as of 1st July 2012. Studio Two Renders reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

 

Quotations

Prior to commencement of work, Studio Two Renders will issue the client with a quotation based on available information. Studio Two Renders requires confirmation of acceptance of the quotation and these terms & conditions before starting any project.

GST

All quotations will be GST inclusive. GST must be paid upon the same date as payment for the taxable service is due.

Payment Process

  1. A 30% deposit is required before commencing work.
  2. When the project is completed, Studio Two Renders will send an image with a digital watermark.
  3. Upon receiving the remainder of the outstanding payment, Studio Two Renders will send a final copy without the watermark.

Disbursements

The client shall reimburse Studio Two Renders for any expenses incurred in connection with completing the project under the agreement.

Termination of Service

Work may be terminated by either party in writing.

In the event that Studio Two Renders has already commenced work on the project, the client will not receive a refund for the deposit.

Studio Two Renders reserves the right to terminate any work if the client withholds important information, changes the agreement without consent or withholds payment for changes that are not part of the quotation.

Colour Accuracy

Due to potential colour differences among computer monitors, operating systems, smartphones and printers, Studio Two Renders cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your visuals are an exact match to the selected colours. Our visuals are provided as a rough guide only and Studio Two Renders will take no responsibility for colour variations.

Copyright

All projects created by Studio Two Renders remain the property of Studio Two Renders and are not to be used by the client for any purposes other than those agreed to.

Studio Two Renders has the right to use any projects for promotional purposes as it sees fit.
